Often a little extra support goes a long way as we work though the many challenges that come with our day-to-day lives.  Over the last 7 years, I have been working with youth and young adults in both the GTA and Northern Ontario. As a regulated health professional under the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, I am skilled and knowledgeable in how I can support you.
