I am a former crown-ward and former intake worker with the Children's Aid Society of Toronto--now psychotherapist.  Without embarking on my own therapeutic journey, my life would have looked differently.   I believe that people have the ability to be more than hardships and traumas. Working collaboratively, we will develop an internal focus so that you can feel in control, take charge, relate better to yourself and those around you.
