I have a calm and compassionate approach to help in creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space for individuals, families and couples to focus on their journey throughout the treatment process. I have experience in addressing psychosocial and mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotion regulation as well as working with children through difficult transitions or stages in life.
