I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 6 years. I am committed to getting to know people and their situations in a non-judgemental way. I understand that life can present with several twists and turns, and it can create a barrier to us experiencing ourself, relationships and life in a meaningful way. I am committed to creating a space where we can unpack these experiences and where I can gently, but appropriately challenge you so that you begin to live more of the life that you desire.
