About Me:
Mindwell Therapy Collective is a multidisciplinary collective strives to provide culturally relevant, anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQ2SO trauma-informed therapy, nutrition support and chronic pain support. We focus on helping folks resolve depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship issues. We also specialize in nutrition and chronic pain support facilitated by Master level Registered Dietitian, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist.
