About Me:
At Agapé Lens Consulting and Therapy, I provide individual counselling and psychotherapy, prioritizing Black youth 12-24 years old. In my years of practice, I have observed and believe true healing allows individuals to become their most authentic self, allowing them to thrive and live out their purpose.
I have been addressing the needs of mental health, racialized communities, and youth for over 12 years. We can focus on a variety of concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, anger, and racism. My practice is grounded in trauma informed principles, an Afrocentric lens, attachment, holistic, and strength-based practices.
