I will work alongside you at your pace to identify your inner strengths, develop healthy coping skills, manage difficult emotions, and learn self-acceptance. I recognize that everyone’s life experiences are unique and I focus on creating a safe space of compassion, understanding, and positivity. I have worked with a wide range of issues and problems, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, anger, self-esteem, stress, grief, emotion management, feeling "stuck", and more. I can provide counselling in English or French. I look forward to working with you to gain insight into the process of growth and the endless possibilities that can accompany it.
