I am a registered social worker with experience working with adolescents and young adults in both healthcare and community settings for the past several years.

My areas of expertise include anxiety, addiction, grief, trauma and stress and pre-natal/women’s health. I have additional experience supporting clients with chronic illness, depression, and substance abuse/ addiction. I work from a client-centered approach, utilizing techniques and strategies from CBT, DBT, and I welcome clients using a strengths-based perspective and a trauma-informed lens.   I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and work to help clients develop resiliency and healthy coping skills.
