As a therapist who has been working with young adults, adolescents (age 13 +), and families for over a decade, I have experience working with young people through various life transitions and the potential emotional challenges that go along with them. This includes anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, grief and loss, self-esteem, isolation, relationships, identity and trauma. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to heal, transform and nurture growth.
