Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. There can be challenges from difficult relationships and break-ups to stress at work to adjusting to a change in you life (a new baby or the death of a loved one). You may feel stuck, not knowing which way to turn, or what to do next. It's important that you know that you don't have to go through this alone. You can manage these changes and find insight to your questions through therapy. Together, we will find ways to understand what's going on and develop skills to manage these challenges.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to comfortably talk about and make sense of your stories. I aim for collaboration, respect, confidentiality, and trust. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to witnesses and accompany you on your journey towards making changes.
